Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation with a strong focus on data governance, program management excellence, and change management strategies. This role demands strategic leadership, deep understanding of data-driven environments, and the ability to manage multiple interrelated projects while ensuring compliance, quality, and adoption across global teams. You'll join a high-impact, collaborative team dedicated to delivering results and driving innovation through robust governance frameworks and organizational change. Success in this role requires flexibility, a proactive mindset to identify and close gaps, and comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management for business process and data governance transformation initiatives Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance Align program goals with organizational strategy and long-term objectives, ensuring governance and accountability at all levels Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance across all program components Manage full project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on governance and quality assurance Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for data-centric programs Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practice Implement change management strategies to support organizational adoption, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of data stewardship Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on governance and program outcomes Promote continuous improvement and best practices in program management and data governance Resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and balance competing demands while maintaining governance standards Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes Qualifications Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and compliance frameworks 5+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering complex, governance-focused initiatives Proven experience in global, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder management skills Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities Experience preferred with data catalog platforms (e.g. Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, etc.) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) Ability to define and track KPIs, generate dashboards, and present governance insights Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills Familiarity with technology-driven environments and collaboration with technical teams
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applications in business transformation Experience with Learning & Development programs, including digital learning strategies and change enablement principles Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies #LI-MO1 Visa sponsorship in NOT available for this role.
