Senior Manager of Individual Giving Position Overview:
The Development Data Coordinator supports the mission of The Gathering Place by managing and optimizing donor data systems to strengthen fundraising and engagement. This role maintains CRM integrity, produces reports and insights, and ensures accurate tracking of donor activity. Working closely with the Development team, the Coordinator uses data to support targeted outreach, stewardship, and campaigns, while partnering across teams to align impact data with fundraising efforts. By prioritizing data accuracy and efficiency, this position helps drive informed decisions and enhance the donor experience. This position operates in a hybrid capacity. Own and maintain the integrity of the donor CRM system, including accurate gift entry, donor records, segmentation, and data hygiene practices. Manage CRM functionality and processes, including imports, exports, and system improvements to support fundraising effectiveness. Support campaign execution through data management, including list pulls, tracking performance, and maintaining campaign data accuracy. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs across individual giving, campaigns, and donor retention. Partner with the Development team to translate data into action, informing outreach strategies, donor journeys, and stewardship planning. Oversee data-related aspects of donor communications, including acknowledgment processes, personalization, and tracking engagement metrics. Ensure timely and accurate response to donor inquiries, particularly those related to gifts, records, and giving history. Document and improve Development operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the team. Stay current on CRM best practices and trends in nonprofit data management and philanthropy. Support the Development Team by participating or representing TGP at community events. Engage with members accessing services and provide de-escalation and crisis mitigation as needed in alignment with training provided by TGP. Provide limited administrative support to the Development team.Compensation and Benefits:

1-2 years of non-profit experience Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including public speaking and meeting facilitation experience Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and engagement. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders. Drive to meet or exceed fundraising goals Proficiency with relationship management software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
