We are adding to our team and seeking a experience, detail oriented Master Data Manager who with also be responsible for Systems Support. This position will be a key player in managing and supporting the critical data and systems that keep our business running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage and maintain master data across NetSuite and Shopify including items, customers, vendors, pricing, and locations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and system synchronization. Support data audits, reporting, bulk uploads, and data cleanup activities. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve data and system issues. Monitor and troubleshoot Celigo integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, and connected systems. Resolve routine integration issues and document processes, workflows, and support procedures. What you Bring 3-5 years of systems support, ERP, or data management experience. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with spreadsheets, CSV files, and business systems. Exceptional communication skills that allow you to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively with non-technical teams.
