Critical Response Strategies is seeking a skilled Case Management Systems Manager to manage the secure relational database environment supporting field verification, outreach, QA/QC, reporting, and billing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the Knack database structure, mass batch ingestions, automated column mapping, record de-duplication, user access controls, data integrity, and reporting support. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the secure Knack relational database used for program operations. Oversee mass batch ingestions, including large spreadsheet uploads of 1,000 or more cases. Configure and validate automated column mapping for incoming data files. Conduct record de-duplication and data integrity checks. Maintain user role-based access controls to ensure appropriate permissions and data security. Build, modify, and maintain database views, forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Support field teams, outreach teams, QA/QC staff, billing personnel, and leadership with data needs. Monitor database performance, data quality, missing fields, duplicate entries, and workflow issues. Develop and maintain data import/export procedures. Protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and contract requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC to verify audit trails and identify data defects. Support invoice validation by ensuring confirmed units are accurately documented and traceable. Troubleshoot user access issues, data errors, and system workflow problems. Maintain documentation of database processes, field definitions, access roles, and change controls. Required Qualifications Experience managing relational databases, case management systems, low-code platforms, or operational data systems. Experience with Knack or similar platforms strongly preferred. Strong spreadsheet skills, including data cleanup, mapping, filtering, validation, and large dataset handling. Knowledge of user permissions, role-based access, data security, and audit trails. Ability to manage batch uploads and identify data quality issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with contract-specific requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contracts, field operations, compliance programs, billing validation, or QA/QC workflows. Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools. Familiarity with data privacy standards and secure handling of sensitive information. Bilingual skills preferred. Work Environment This role is primarily computer-based and may be remote, office-based, or hybrid.
