Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven products and strategic technology initiatives. This role combines product management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on 0-to-1 product development, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise data platforms, and cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate will have experience driving data product strategy, managing complex IT projects, leading discovery and prototyping efforts, and delivering scalable solutions that generate measurable business value. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 10 years of experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, Program Management, or Data Product Delivery. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology and data initiatives. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Define and execute data product strategy, roadmap, and vision. Lead product discovery, 0-to-1 ideation, prototyping, and validation activities. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver data and AI-driven solutions. Drive project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Partner with business, engineering, and data teams to prioritize and deliver product features. Monitor product performance, KPIs, adoption, and ROI. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management. Ensure successful delivery of enterprise data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
