You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Possesses knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives and agency management directives to ensure compliance with and enforce agency and Intelligence Community Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) policies and procedures. Supports the writing or oral delivery for the following briefings: Indoctrination, Indoctrination Assists, Debriefing, Annual Refresher Training, Defensive Travel Briefing, and Courier Briefing. Coordinates or assists with the following accesses: Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) physical access, Outgoing Visit Requests, Incoming Visit requests, Intelligence Community Badge Requests, Frequent Visit Requests, C-LAN Account Requests, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Requests for Access. Provides assistance to technical expertise in initiating and leading projects involving Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
