- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who excels in creating exceptional products and thrives in an agile environment.
This role involves leading data platform products from ideation to delivery, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and service and support teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and the possibilities of monetizing it, and you bring a strong commitment to helping users transform data into actionable business drivers. As a Lead Product Manager, you will define and champion the overall strategy and vision for a specific data platform product or product area. You will have a deep understanding of customer and market needs, driving development priorities to maximize product value.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the technology life cycle of products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, release, and end of life
- Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
- Acts as primary point of contact and guiding a cross-functional team to ensure whole-product readiness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
- Practice strong release management principles, including phased rollouts, feature flags/toggles to ensure controlled, safe and reliable product delivery
- Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations that align executives and cross-functional stakeholders around product direction and outcomes
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Participates in sales and service training
- Works with marketing, learning, product support, presales, and enablement teams in positioning products, designing demos, developing training courses, etc.
- Defines and manages vehicles for collecting customer feedback.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into product strategy and team processes where they create measurable value.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- 5-7+ years of experience with Enterprise SaaS applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Product Management
- Proven experience with Workforce Management and Human Capital Management products or markets.
- Strong proficiency in data and analytics, including SQL.
- Exceptional business acumen and internal partnership skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

com. The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
