The USIS Data & Analytics organization at Equifax seeks a Sr. Director of Data Acquisition and Partnership. This is a highly strategic position, concentrating on the business drivers and the tangible value derived from our data assets. What you will do Manages data acquisition for our exchanges, clients/ customer / vendor relationship and EFX engagement within the account and with key sales leaders associated with data contribution; demonstrates ability to expand customer/partner reliance on EFX as a trusted advisor. Build & manage a monetization framework which includes a full data inventory by field linked to the product. Drive the data sourcing/acquisition strategies based on the monetization outcomes to meet the BU playbooks. Drives strong data pipeline development and execution; delivers, maintains reporting and other data supplier documents. Uses specialized knowledge depth to design (data execution) plans to identify and source data in alignment with published data roadmap Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests Drive alignment between all key stakeholders for the onboarding process, resolving conflict where it occurs and continuously improving to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitors market and industry dynamics / competitor dynamics. Proactive, explain the strategy "tell the story" for SLT Drives improvements to furnisher data quality What experience you need Bachelor's degree in related discipline; Master's Degree strongly preferred 10+ years of direct business experience in strategic planning, product management and/or business strategy
  • preferred if experience is in Financial Services or other data and analytics driven business model Negotiating experience and interactions with vendors. Drive compliance control defaults, data maintenance on web channels. Cloud certification strongly preferred What could set you apart Active Listening

  • Understand acquisition strategies, communicating possible acquisition ventures to appropriate stakeholders. Depending on acquisition size, serve as the connection between the business and possible data acquisition teams, driving business decisions and strategy. Value Analysis
  • Provides internal customers with the needed information to understand the uses and values of the company's data/products/offerings and the corresponding value for their organization (e.
g., ROI); Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements. value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests.   • Ability to influence without authority across a materialized stakeholder landscape. Develop and improve the strategy for a given data product or capability, and manage execution plans. Business Market Strategy
  • Uses knowledge of the markets, strategies, and operating environments for a data product to bring together different teams and develop solutions for a given data product. Industry Knowledge
  • Well versed in the industry as well as organization knowledge, builds and maintains an understanding of industry trends and uses this knowledge to identify factors that differentiate EFX from its competitors and to implement best practices. Knowledge of Data Products
  • Ability to lead analyses of EFX data products and capabilities, as well as market and competitor data products and capabilities.
