Director, Delivery & Program Management (Enterprise Data & Analytics)

What You'll Do We're looking for a Director of Delivery & Program Management to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team. In this role, you'll lead and scale the enterprise delivery management and program management team in EDA, unifying both functions to deliver complex, enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI initiatives to bring more alignment, consistency, and measurable value to our work. Who You Are 10+ years project, program, initiative management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, or education. Bachelor's degree or post graduate study preferred 4+ years leadership experience required of which 2+ years to include people management experience Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Experience leading delivery and program management in data, analytics, or AI-driven organizations Familiarity with portfolio management, capacity planning, and value realization tracking Experience building or maturing delivery frameworks and operating models at scale Background working across Agile and hybrid delivery environments Ability to drive organizational change and improve delivery maturity across teams Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $145000 - $190000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
