Job Description

Position Summary Homestyle Direct is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Entry Team Lead to support and oversee daily operations within the Data Entry Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all data management activities while providing leadership, coaching, and operational support to the data entry team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, experience managing workflows and team performance, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and operational excellence. This position works closely with the New Member Services team and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate recordkeeping, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the data entry team to achieve departmental KPIs, quality standards, and service levels Assist with daily department operations, workflow coordination, reporting, escalations, and teamoversight Oversee accurate and timely processing of data across all systems and platforms Maintain and improve data integrity through quality assurance and validation processes Develop, refine, and document standardized operating procedures and workflows Partner with New Member Services and Operations teams to ensure accurate capture and maintenanceof member information Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Monitor productivity metrics and prepare reports for leadership review Support implementation of process improvements, operational initiatives, and system enhancements Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative operations, customer onboarding, or a related role Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience working with CRM systems, data management platforms, or ERP systems preferred Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing data entry or operational support teams Experience developing SOPs and quality assurance initiatives Familiarity with workflow management and process optimization Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments Experience in healthcare, logistics, food service, or subscription-based environments preferred.
