  • 12+ Years Experienc Role Overview We are seeking a Principal/Lead Retail Data Architect (12-15+ years experience ) to design and scale our enterprise Retail Single Source of Truth (SSOT) platform.
This role requires a unique blend of deep Retail/CPG domain knowledge, expert Azure Lakehouse architecture, and executive-level consulting skills .Key Responsibilitie s
Unified Modeling :
Design a Retail Canonical Data Mode l to standardize disparate data across the retail ecosystem .
Data Integration :
Lead ingestion frameworks (APIs, EDI, SFTP) for Walmart Luminate, Target RBD, Kroger 84.5 1, and Sam's Club MAP .
Metrics Governance :
Standardize cross-functional KPIs including POS Sales, On-Hand/In-Transit Inventory, Weeks of Supply, and OTIF/Fill Rate s .
Azure Architecture :
Build scalable, high-performance Lakehouse/Data Warehous e infrastructures using Azure Databricks, ADF, and Microsoft Fabri c .
Stakeholder Management :
Present tech roadmaps to CIO/CTO-leve l executives and translate retail business problems into technical solutions .Must-Have Requirement s10+ year s of dedicated experience in Retail/CPG Data Platform s or Retail Supply Chain .Expertise in Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema ) and Canonical Data Modeling .Hands-on mastery of the Microsoft Azure Stac k and enterprise governance tools (Microsoft Purview / Collibr a)
