Technically skilled and eager to learn Data-driven with strong analytical abilities Passionate about finding efficiencies and streamlining processes Excited to support and improve next-generation ERP systems A self-motivated problem solver who works well independently and collaboratively Position Summary The Data Manager & Report Specialist is responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting data across multiple platforms, including back-office software and business intelligence systems. This role oversees automated data transfers, fulfills reporting requests, and develops innovative solutions to maximize data usage and operational efficiency. Education & Experience Associate degree in a computer-related field (required) Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (preferred) Experience General computer support experience (required) Understanding of network fundamentals (required) 3+ years of Information Technology and/or technical support experience (preferred) Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (required) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required) General experience with Microsoft Access (beneficial) General experience with MS SQL (required) Experience with programming languages such as VBA, C#, or similar (beneficial)
