The Position As aProduct Information/Labels Specialistyou are responsible for projects within Global Labeling Near Patient Care.
The Opportunity:
Responsible for generating, tracking, coordinating, evaluation, reporting metrics, scheduling, and managing project documentation according to policies and procedures. Reviews and maintains project related data ensuring that it is valid, accurate, and timely. Contributes independently or with a team towards project and departmental goals. Interfaces with internal customers and cross functional areas. Demonstrates strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to multi-task and adjust rapidly to new priorities. Displays excellent organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrates competency in taking initiative. Work is varied and assists project managers. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Opening of labeling jobs Distributing Labeling to appropriate systems. Writing and distribution of change orders Distribution of status reports Following up on project priorities Participating in team status meetings Supporting documentation preparation and processing Who you are: University degree. Experience in a Regulatory Environment Attention to Detail Ability to work in a dynamic flexible work environment Building strong relationships with business partners Excellent Communication Skills-Written and Verbal Team oriented Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Indianapolis, is 55,400.00 - 102,800.00USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
