This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and modern data solutions that support analytics, reporting, interoperability, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Databricks, Big Data, and Lakehouse architecture, along with strong experience in healthcare data platforms, modernization, governance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and delivery of healthcare data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments Drive platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives Support enterprise analytics, reporting, and interoperability needs Modernize legacy Big Data platforms to AWS and Databricks Lakehouse Design scalable frameworks for ingestion, curation, quality, reconciliation, governance, and monitoring Oversee high-performance data pipelines for enterprise and clinical use cases Provide technical leadership across healthcare data domains Support claims, clinical, pharmacy, and interoperability data Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability, and performance Partner with stakeholders and mentor engineering teams Prioritize platform capabilities and roadmap investments Establish best practices and reusable design patterns Support Teradata/Terradata strategy and integration as needed 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or enterprise data delivery Including leadership experience in healthcare data environments Strong expertise in: AWS Databricks Apache Spark The base salary for this position is $106,087 - $170,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
