First Level Manager will be responsible for managing personnel that monitor laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and ensure the implementation of these standards in the organization as require d Develop, maintain, and interpret policies and procedures related to the protection of systems, networks, people, information, and propert y Perform compliance and assessment activities related to information security, data privacy, incident management, and risk managemen t Collaboratively develop risk mitigation plans with subject matter experts and ensure accountability for these action s Assess compliance, security, and control risks related to information systems and technical infrastructur e Develop training and education materials and promote information security awarenes s Translate complex, technical concepts into business-relevant terms to facilitate effective decision making by non-technical personne l Support audit activities - both internal and external, related to information securit y May oversee and manage the DoD accreditation of secure operating systems and network s Collaborate with federal oversight/regulatory agencies to ensure company/program compliance with DoD requirement s May manage information systems access requests and administer security awareness training program s May require DoD Security Clearance eligibility and information system security certification s This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Wichita, KS location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): High School Diploma or GE D 5+ years of related professional experienc e Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship ) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Active DoD Security Clearance and/or Special Program Acces s Active CISSP and/or CISM Certificatio n Bachelor's Degree Experience in a leadership rol e Systems, vulnerability, infrastructure, and/or cyber security background Cross-functional coordination/communication to achieve project goal s Strong computer proficiency, accuracy, and attention to detai l Knowledge of manufacturing business processe s Strong Microsoft Office experience; above-average Excel skills, some Microsoft Project skill s Strong communication skills, both oral and writte nDrug Free Workplace:

$107,400 - $164,700Kansas Tax Credit:
