OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

Support delivery of US Medical Information services for PDT, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Contribute to the development and maintenance of PDT MI content. Management of complex inquiries through the second line escalation process, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead Management of daily interactions with vendors and third party providers Support digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled MI activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver timely, accurate PDT medical information responses across all channels, including digital platforms. Develop and update MI materials (SRDs, FAQs, digital modules). Support escalated inquiry resolution requiring TA knowledge. Ensure accurate AE/PC reporting and adherence to MI SOPs. Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders and vendor teams, incorporating digital learning platforms and interactive modules to promote best practices and digital fluency.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Base Salary Range:

$127,400.00
