Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Support delivery of US Medical Information services for PDT, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Contribute to the development and maintenance of PDT MI content. Management of complex inquiries through the second line escalation process, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead Management of daily interactions with vendors and third party providers Support digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled MI activities.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver timely, accurate PDT medical information responses across all channels, including digital platforms. Develop and update MI materials (SRDs, FAQs, digital modules). Support escalated inquiry resolution requiring TA knowledge. Ensure accurate AE/PC reporting and adherence to MI SOPs. Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders and vendor teams, incorporating digital learning platforms and interactive modules to promote best practices and digital fluency.DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Solid understanding of MI processes and scientific content development. Working knowledge of digital MI tools and platforms. Decision-making and Autonomy Operates with guidance; exercises judgment within defined responsibilities. Interaction Collaborates with Medical Affairs, Global MI, and vendor partners to support MI activities. Innovation Ability to create innovative solutions to complex problemsEDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

A medical or scientific degree is required > 2 years of related work experience >2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a matrix structure is required Good knowledge of medical information best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, Codes of Practice, Standard Operating Practices and guidelines Previous therapeutic area experience within the area of PDT preferred Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
