Onsite M-F Pay:
$25-35+/HR Depending on Experience Our client, a well-respected and growing law firm in Central Massachusetts, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake & Records Specialist to support client intake, conflicts management, and records administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, data management, and maintaining accurate records while playing a key role in the firm's risk management and information governance processes!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires. Maintain accurate client and matter information within firm systems. Research corporate relationships and affiliations to assist with conflict analysis. Coordinate with attorneys and staff to gather information and resolve conflicts. Manage file retrieval, archiving, retention, and records disposition processes. Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with firm policies. Assist with document management, scanning, filing, and information governance initiatives. Communicate with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors regarding records and intake matters.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; additional education preferred. Prior law firm, conflicts, intake, records, or professional services experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
