Partner with our architects to refine our Snowflake implementation, focusing on long-term scalability and operational elegance for transactional-style data applications.
AWS Integration:
Ensure seamless synergy between our Snowflake data layer and our broader AWS-hosted application stack , optimizing for data gravity, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Interoperability & Sharing:
Explore and implement advanced data-sharing protocols—including Delta Sharing —to facilitate secure, frictionless data exchange between our platform and various customer environments. 2.
Product-Led Innovation Advanced Capability Roadmap:
Lead the strategic adoption of Snowpark and Cortex to integrate ML-driven insights directly into our product offerings.
Customer-Centric Architecture:
Collaborate with Product leaders to ensure our data structures support key "willingness-to-pay" features, performing rigorous ICP analysis before scaling new capabilities.
Analytical Growth:
Enable internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Finance) to leverage product usage data to drive better business decisions and global growth strategies. 3.
Organizational Leadership & CoE Building Global Team Evolution:
Lead and mentor a specialized team of Engineers and Architects currently located globally, with the strategic goal of consolidating and growing a Center of Excellence (CoE) in India.
Collaborative Leadership:
Act as a key peer to Engineering and Product Directors, ensuring that data architecture is never a silo but a core component of the broader product roadmap.
Compliance Awareness:
Work alongside the CISO organization to ensure our architecture remains "Privacy-by-Design" across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Requirements:
Technical Breadth :
12+ years in Data/Software Engineering, with a heavy emphasis on AWS ecosystem and Snowflake.
Hybrid Strategy :

Architectural Grit :
A "Player-Coach" who can mentor senior architects and contribute to high-level design discussions regarding Unistore and hybrid workloads.
Global Leadership :
Proven ability to manage distributed teams and navigate the cultural/operational aspects of consolidating functions into a Hub/CoE model.
Industry Context :
Experience in hospitality, FinTech, or high-volume SaaS is a significant advantage.
