Job Description
Position Overview:
The Enrollment and Institutional Data Systems Manager is a key member of the enrollment team, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives through robust database management and data analysis. The role is composed of 75% enrollment management support and 25% campus-wide database oversight and institutional data analysis. The annual salary range for this position is $50,000- 60,000 based on years of experience and education level; the exact compensation will be discussed during the hiring process.
Primary Responsibilities:
Admissions and Re-enrollment Systems Oversight- Serve as the primary manager of admissions and enrollment data across Veracross, Aryval, and Clarity.
- Support the complete admissions and re-enrollment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of inquiries, applications, interviews, decisions, and contracts.
- Maintain and update forms, application checklists, enrollment documentation, and tuition assistance workflows within Veracross and Clarity. Office Coordination and Event Support
- Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for prospective families.
- Coordinate the scheduling of student visits, interviews, and major admission events.
- Support event logistics.
- Manage office supply inventory, invoicing, and overall operational organization.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Schoolwide Data Integration and Oversight- Serve as a school wide data liaison, helping to ensure accurate student data across Veracross, Finalsite, and related systems.
- Support interdepartmental collaboration on consistent data entry, usage protocols, and reporting accuracy.
- Assist departments (including Academics and Business) with system understanding, data pulls, and process alignment. Training and Documentation
- Provide training to admission and administrative staff on Veracross and data workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation for key system processes, reports, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certification in data systems, analytics, or education administration is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with school databases and CRM platforms .
- High-level proficiency in Google Suite and comfort working with data queries and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Preferred:
- Experience in independent school admissions or institutional data management.
- Familiarity with tuition assistance systems and financial aid workflows.
- Analytical thinker with experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
