Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming data governance within a major Oracle system upgrade project. This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate data-focused initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities Lead data governance efforts for the Oracle Modernization project, coordinating with data owners and stakeholders. Coach team members on defining business data, establishing rules, and ensuring data quality. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align governance with technical architecture. Guide data quality monitoring and assessments to maintain high standards. Skills Proven experience in data governance within Oracle migration or implementation projects. Strong ability to define business data and establish guidelines for data management. Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with various teams. Technical understanding of data architecture and governance principles. Preferred Skills Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on data management practices. Familiarity with data quality monitoring tools and techniques. Ability to bridge technical and business aspects of data governance.
