Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Data Integration & Reporting Enablement Lead. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead data integration efforts and support enterprise reporting through innovative technologies. Responsibilities Lead vendor data integration initiatives for the enterprise reporting platform. Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to ensure accurate data integration. Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks. Define and enforce standard data models and quality rules for consistent reporting. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration. Support enterprise reporting through Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Identify and resolve data quality issues and operational inefficiencies. Maintain documentation and support artifacts for sustainability. Skills 5+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or enterprise reporting. Hands-on expertise in designing data integrations with Azure Databricks. Strong understanding of data standardization, modeling, and quality management. Experience in regulated healthcare environments is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven analytics or data visualization solutions. Familiarity with document management or communications-related data domains. Background in supporting enterprise-wide reporting platforms or data modernization initiatives. Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices in healthcare.
