We are looking for a Construction Data Coordinator to maintaining accurate bid information, managing bidder and vendor data, and help keep bidding activity organized and up to date. This person will play an important role in entering, updating, and tracking bid list information, maintaining data accuracy, and running reports for the team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel and other systems, and interested in growing their career within construction operations and data management. A DAY IN THE LIFE
Maintain, update, and import bid list, bidder, vendor, and contact data within company systems, ensuring all bidding information is accurate, complete, and organized Audit data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and make corrections as needed Assist with bidder and vendor communication to verify information and maintain strong working relationships Generate and distribute reports related to bid activity, vendor data, and other tracking needs Help organize and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and reporting tools used by the team Support process improvements related to data entry, imports, reporting, and overall bid information management Take on additional system-related responsibilities over time, including potential support of CRM and Pipedrive data
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of professional experience in an administrative, data entry, coordination, construction support, or similar role Experience working in the construction, estimating, subcontractor, vendor, or bidding environment preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working in spreadsheets and data-entry systems Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors or bidders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
