Fiber Matrix Analyst Immediate Supervisor:
Fiber Matrix Supervisor/Manager, Operations Manager, VP, Owner Position:
Exempt Non-Exempt General Job Summary:
Manage fiber schematic data. Responsibilities Convert schematics from customer into splice packet for fiber splicers Monitor data submitted by fiber splicers for accuracy. Utilize data to compile splice matrix for customer as final splicing asbuilt Communicate with local coordinators throughout project builds Work with mapping department to update map asbuilts with changes against the initial splicing design Qualifications Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (MVR, Drug screen, and Background checks). High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with fiber optics documentation, telecom backend systems, or GIS/splicing documentation platforms is preferred. (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
