Job Description

Under general supervision, provide routine information to the public, perform data entry, typing, filing and other office administrative support of moderate difficulty and responsibility MSD is accepting applications for SLIP Interns. You must be registered with SLIP in order to be considered. Placement will be in one of the following areas:
Information Technology Essential Functions:
Information Technology:
The intern within IT Service Delivery will work on workstation imaging and deployment, software distribution. Telephony management. Managing the IT Asset Inventory and stock room.
Additional Responsibilities:
Performs related work as required or as delegated by supervisor. Internship will start on June 8th,2026 and conclude on July 31st,2026
Training and Experience:
Ability to be organized, conscientious, able to take direction, and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public. Knowledge of office support methods, office practices and equipment, and Microsoft Office software. Possess the ability to operate a personal computer and carry out routine administrative tasks.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
Pursuant to MSD's "Substance Abuse Policy and Procedures," this position has been designated as non-safety sensitive and candidate must pass a Non-D.O.T. Drug Test for this position. Employees occupying this position are not subject to Federal (D.O.T.) Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations. Employees of MSD must have a meets expectations on their last review .
