Responsible To:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and inputting data; generating reports; preparing and processing a variety of documents and records; maintaining student records in designated software application; tracking student data and programs; maintenance of accurate attendance records for students; responding to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems Perform general office duties (i.e. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office Perform other duties as assigned A complete application packet must be submitted through the online application system prior to the closing date in order to be considered for this position. ALL of the following requirements must be submitted before the posted deadline : 1. Online Classified Employment Application 2 . Three (3) Classified Employment References (Included in Application and will be emailed to references) 3. Copy high school diploma / equivalent
