Job Description

Job Overview The Data Portfolio & Strategy Manager is responsible for driving execution of the enterprise data strategy by translating strategic priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, this role acts as the single point of orchestration across all data pillars, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and delivery of business value. The role manages intake, sequencing, dependencies, governance, and executive communication to ensure the data strategy delivers measurable outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities Translate enterprise data strategy into a structured initiative roadmap with defined ownership, timelines, and success metrics Establish and manage enterprise intake and prioritization processes based on value, cost, and strategic alignment Coordinate cross-team dependencies across Data Products, Engineering, Governance, and AI/Innovation teams Drive execution cadence, governance routines, and initiative tracking to ensure delivery accountability Develop executive-level communication linking data initiatives to business outcomes and strategy Track value realization and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strategy-to-execution translation and roadmap development Portfolio management and prioritization frameworks Strong executive communication and storytelling Cross-functional leadership without authority Dependency management across complex organizations Understanding of enterprise data ecosystems (Data Products, Engineering, Governance, AI) Ability to connect data initiatives to business value and outcomes Strong problem structuring and decision-making skills Experience influencing senior leadership Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Data, or related fieldWork Environment Office Environment
