Job Description

Job Overview The Manager, Data Enablement collaborates with internal teams and external partners to lead enterprise customer profitability data products across CCCI and the bottler system. This role drives the creation and enhancement of self-service analytics capabilities that empower users with accessible, actionable insights. The role defines product roadmaps, ensures alignment to enterprise standards and governance practices, and partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Through training, engagement, and performance monitoring, the role drives adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead the enterprise customer profitability data products across CCCI and bottler system Define and manage roadmaps, features, and priorities for customer profitability data products and self-service analytics capabilities Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, metric definitions, data models, and governance practices Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable data solutions Drive adoption, usage, and business impact through self-service analytics, training, and engagement Monitor and report on KPIs to demonstrate value and support optimization Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in data product management Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable data solutions Familiarity with enterprise data models, governance practices, and self-service analytics platforms Demonstrates strong capabilities in resolving problems efficiently Commitment to ongoing personal and process improvement Demonstrates integrity and managerial courage Exhibits leadership skills in dynamic, fast evolving settings Possesses solid business knowledge and financial expertise Excels in managing time and setting clear priorities Maintains a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness Proven ability to mentor and develop direct team members Influencing and negotiating skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or FinanceWork Environment Office Environment
