Job Description

Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Data Enablement leads the Center for Enablement (C4E) and is responsible for driving enterprise analytics adoption, standardization, and scalability. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, this role owns the execution of self-service analytics strategy, profitability analytics enablement, and data literacy programs. The role ensures analytics capabilities are trusted, widely adopted, and aligned to business outcomes across CCCI and the broader Coca-Cola system.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead enterprise self-service analytics strategy, including governed datasets, semantic models, and scalable analytics tools Own and execute the profitability analytics roadmap, partnering with Finance, Commercial, and system partners Drive enterprise adoption of analytics products through enablement, documentation, and user engagement Develop and scale data literacy and analytics training programs across business functions Establish enterprise standards for metrics, governance, and analytics best practices Lead cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external Coca-Cola system partners (CONA, CCBSS, NAOU) Manage C4E team execution, priorities, and alignment to enterprise data strategy Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Enterprise analytics strategy and enablement leadership Experience driving self-service analytics adoption at scale Strong understanding of profitability analytics and financial data concepts Ability to define and standardize metrics, governance, and analytics frameworks Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technology Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills Experience working with external partners (CONA, CCBSS, NAOU or similar ecosystems) Data literacy program development and training leadership Ability to connect analytics capabilities to business outcomes and value Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) required 7 more years of relevant work experience required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Finance preferred Work Environment Office Environment
