We serve the residential and commercial sectors, including America's top retail and e-commerce partners, to-the-trade clients and specifiers.
Position:
Ecommerce Data Coordinator Overview:
Fairfield Chair is looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Data Coordinator to manage product data across our growing portfolio of online retail accounts. You'll work from structured Excel-based tools we've already built — your job is to keep product information accurate, current, and optimized across every platform we sell on.
Responsibilities:
Use pre-built Excel files with established formulas to add new SKUs and refresh existing product data from a master data source Manage product listings across a dozen+ ecommerce accounts, including new product launches, price updates, and discounted item promotions Handle National Account management independently, including their unique item setup, pricing, and content requirements Monitor accounts for listing errors, suppressed content, or data gaps and take corrective action Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product data is accurate and aligned with current pricing and inventory
Experience:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel — including formulas, structured data files, and multi-sheet workflows Experience managing product listings on ecommerce platforms (national ecommerce brand experience is a strong plus) High attention to detail and comfort working with large SKU catalogs Ability to follow established processes precisely while managing multiple accounts simultaneously A true passion for all things data related Furniture or home furnishings industry experience is a bonus, but not required Physical demands and abilities: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Able to lift 25 pounds, occasionally Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects Benefits include, but not limited to: PTO & Paid Holidays Health, Dental, Vision & other supplemental insurances Paid Life Insurance 401k Plan (with company match) Paid Volunteer Time Off Employee Discount Program And many more…
