Job Description:

Organized Purchasing Alliance is a leading consulting and administrative company within the foodservice industry. We partner with distributors and clients to manage and analyze critical purchasing data. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-to-associate level Data Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build hands-on experience working with multiple data sources and business processes.

Job Overview:

Communicate/interface with Foodservice Distributors reporting departments Audit and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness Load data to be utilized for various company functions Database management/updates Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required) and Microsoft Word Being detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Strong in-person, telephone and email communication skills Additional Information This position will be an on-site opportunity based in Paramus, NJ. The standard business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM EST.
