This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of student and staff data, supporting state and federal reporting requirements, and providing data analysis and reporting that informs instructional and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support the District's Student Information System and related databases. Coordinate the collection, validation, and submission of state and federal reports, including student enrollment, attendance, testing, and accountability data. Manage data imports, exports, integrations, and reporting across multiple district systems and applications. Collaborate with school and district administrators to ensure data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements. Provide training and technical support to staff on student information systems and related applications. Work with software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support system integrations. Develop reports, documentation, and training materials to support district operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered). Experience administering relational databases and student information systems; experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred. Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL database structures and query development. Experience with state and federal educational reporting requirements preferred. Experience with Genesis Student Information System strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookup functions, and pivot tables. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Terms of Employment Twelve-month position beginning September 1, 2026. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
