Job Description:
Data Program Manager Lead enterprise-wide data programs, driving strategy, execution, governance, and business value delivery. Define and implement data strategy, operating models, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Manage end-to-end data lifecycle including data creation, usage, retention, archival, and quality management. Establish data governance frameworks covering ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, and compliance. Drive data quality initiatives, standards, controls, and continuous improvement programs. Manage large-scale data transformation, migration, and analytics enablement initiatives. Partner with business, technology, security, and analytics teams to deliver data solutions. Own program planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and manage executive-level stakeholders. Facilitate Agile/Hybrid delivery practices and ensure successful program outcomes. Promote data-driven decision-making and adoption of enterprise data platforms.
