The Program and Data Quality Manager will: Provide program management data support activities required as part of H.R. 1 implementation; Support the Bureau Chief and HR1 Systems Product Owner with planning, coordination, and monitoring of system changes to ensure data requirements are implemented accurately and consistently; Support system readiness, aligning business needs with system functionality, and maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements. How does it get done? The Program and Data Quality Manager is responsible for: Overseeing data request operations across the bureau and ensuring procedural compliance; Assigning primary and backup points of contact to ensure timely request handling; Perform as point of contact for Data Services; Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of an organization's data assets; Designing and implementing data governance, validation rules, and cleansing processes to improve data integrity, supporting better business decisions and compliance; Bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, often utilizing
SQL, CRM
tools, and data. Who are the customers? Health Care Authority (HCA); Medical Assistance Division (MAD), Medicaid, including eligibility operations, policy teams, systems and IT staff, contractors, and program leadership; Internal Stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Health Care Authority (HCA); Medical Assistance Division (MAD), Medicaid, including eligibility operations, policy teams, systems and IT staff, contractors, and program leadership; Internal Stakeholders. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must obtain a Defensive driving certification. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT), extensive personal computer and phone usage with extended periods of sitting.
