Bustle Digital Group (BDG) is seeking a Director of Data Engineering to lead, expand, and optimize our data infrastructure. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable data pipelines, enhance our storage and reporting systems, and support data-driven initiatives across our advertising, affiliate sales, and editorial content revenue streams. Who You Are Experienced Technical Leader:

Proven track record in leading cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.

Strategic Thinker & Communicator:

Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a user-centric approach.

Agile Advocate:

Hands-on experience implementing agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.

Product-Driven Engineer:

Experience developing data solutions for ad products, affiliate sales, or editorial platforms.

Mentor & Coach :

Passionate about guiding both senior and early-career engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
