We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven and analytics solutions within Montefiore. This role is pivotal in enabling data-informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and improved clinical and patient outcomes. The ideal resource brings a passion for healthcare innovation, a strong understanding of data and AI products, and proven experience managing complex product lifecycles in highly regulated environments. This is an opportunity for a talented product manager playing a crucial role in shaping how data and analytics insights are leveraged to drive healthcare outcomes, optimize operations, and improve patient care. This resource is expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset setting up the product strategy and the roadmap for data driven across different the health system functions, from early concept to deployment and ongoing iteration.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics solutions aligned with Montefiore's overall goals. Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, finance, supply chain, HR, Research, IT, and other business functions to prioritize needs and translate them into product features and initiatives. Identify opportunities for innovation using Data & AI — AI enabled analytics capabilities, automated workflow tools, Self-service dashboards etc. Product Development & Execution Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: Discovery, Ideation, User research, Requirements gathering, MVP scoping, Delivery, and go-to-market strategies. Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements following Agile based development principles creating Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with sponsors, business stakeholders, data engineering, Digital, Cyber, Cloud, BI, AI, platform engineering, data science, and other IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure data centric solutions. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of analytics tools such as dashboards, self-service reporting, and data products. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management Act as a trusted advisor and product evangelist to clinicians, analysts, executive leaders etc. Facilitate demos, user feedback sessions, and training to ensure products meet user needs and improve workflows. Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and value realization. Metrics & Performance Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and business impact. Utilize analytics to refine product strategy, improve usability, and ensure ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience Experience working with a variety of data and analytics solutions extensively preferably in healthcare provider domain. Proven success launching and managing data products, analytics platforms, or digital tools in clinical or operational settings. Demonstrated ability to break down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems into their component parts. Success leading complex operational and technology deployments across end-users. Quantitative aptitude and ability to identify value drivers for digital efforts and build business cases. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of Healthsystem operations, clinical workflows, and patient engagement. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with familiarity in SQL, Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL and cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, or data visualization tools. Exposure to AI and Machine Learning enabled capabilities, Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI capabilities in a healthcare setting. Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. Strong business acumen and ability to articulate the ROI of data and analytics investments.
