Job Description

Job Description Senior Program Manager provides enterprise level leadership for large, multi project data center construction programs. This role operates at a high strategic level, overseeing multiple Project Managers and workstreams while maintaining full accountability for schedule, cost, risk, and client alignment across the program. Unlike Project Managers who are deeply embedded in individual work packages, the Program Manager focuses on governance, delegation, communication, and financial oversight, ensuring that teams are aligned and projects are executed consistently. This role interfaces heavily with clients, general contractors, internal leadership, and Project Managers, and is responsible for managing programs exceeding $500M in total value. Key Responsibilities
  •  Provide overall leadership and governance for large scale data center construction programs
  •  Manage and oversee multiple Project Managers responsible for specific work packages (electrical, voltage/current systems, mechanical/HVAC, etc.)
  •  Ensure Project Managers are executing scope, schedule, and cost responsibilities effectively
  •  Maintain high level accountability for program performance, risk management, and delivery outcomes
  •  Serve as the primary interface between client leadership, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
  •  Drive alignment across all projects to ensure consistency in execution, reporting, and decision making
  •  Monitor program level budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, including programs upwards of $500M
  •  Identify cross project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive resolution at the program level
  •  Establish clear communication channels and ensure full circle communication across all stakeholders
  •  Delegate effectively while holding teams accountable for results
  •  Support executive reporting, client updates, and strategic decision making
