This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, supporting compliance efforts, and providing system training and technical support to staff. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to support program operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and audit child and family records to ensure accuracy and compliance Administer user access, system settings, and data integrity within the database platform Generate and analyze reports related to enrollment, compliance, and program performance Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support operational goals Train and support staff on system processes and best practices Develop custom reports and assist leadership with data analysis needs Travel occasionally to support off-site program locations Qualifications Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred 2-3 years of experience in data management, reporting, or system administration Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially Experience with Child Plus or similar database systems is a plus Background supporting Head Start or Early Childhood programs preferred #adm #ind123
