Role Description The Data Management Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of critical business data across multiple systems, including customer, product, supplier, and location data. This role works closely with different departments to collect, validate, and update information, ensuring consistency and data integrity across the organization. Areas of Responsibility Data Collection and Validation Data Cleansing and Quality Control Data Governance and Standards Enforcement ERP, CRM, and System Data Maintenance Data Mapping and Integration Across Systems Cross-functional Collaboration Training and Process Documentation Participation in Data Migration and System Projects Key Responsibilities Gather and validate master data from multiple stakeholders ensuring accuracy and completeness Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors within data sets Maintain and manage data across ERP, CRM, and other business systems Enforce data governance standards and best practices Support integration and alignment of data across systems Partner with business teams to understand data needs and resolve issues Provide training and documentation to support proper data management processes Contribute to data-related projects including system implementations and data migration efforts Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems and data management tools Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and SQL Server Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Bilingual English/Spanish - required Preferred Qualifications Experience with reporting, dashboards, and BI tools Background in process automation for data workflows Benefits Provided by the Company Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discount Program Competitive Compensation Package
