Exempt About theOpportunity:
The Homeless System Evaluation and Data Manager contributes to the Department of Housing Service's mission of creating pathways out of homelessness, promoting housing stability, and investing in affordable communities for Washington County and our residents by leading a team overseeing data operations and analytics, partner evaluation and monitoring, funder reporting, and overall evaluation of our homeless services system. This leader works in collaboration with various departments, public agencies, and community-based organizations to advance strategic policy and program objectives for the Homeless Services Division to support our work in addressing homelessness and creating housing stability. Ideal Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Has experience working with complex data systems and conducting research and evaluation to support continuous program improvement, ideally in Homeless Services. Adept at designing and overseeing approaches to program evaluation and data quality management and information systems, particularly with HMIS data. Demonstrates a commitment to public service, and innovation in government. Has knowledge of public administration and an understanding of programs and services to address homelessness and create housing stability. Utilizes problem-solving skills, proactively identifying and supporting creative and viable business solutions. Effectively leads and supervises staff and works with peers and leadership across departments to manage and advance program objectives. Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience working with Tableau. About theDepartment/Division:
