About Freire Schools Established in 1999, Freire Schools ( www.freireschools.org ) is a network of four charter schools across Philadelphia and Delaware whose mission is to prepare students from historically underserved communities for success in college and beyond. About the team For this Culture Data Coordinator position, you'll be working for our high school in north Philadelphia called TECH Freire Charter School (9th-12th Grade): Freire Schools' established rigorous college-prep high school program is infused with technology and entrepreneurship education to unlock creativity and potential in our students. We have a culture that demands excellence from our students while providing them the supports they need to achieve at high levels and prepare for college. TECH Freire's Class of 2025 were accepted to 100 unique colleges and universities and earned over $9.4 million in college scholarships and aid. TECH Freire Charter School (9-12): 2221 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132 What you'll do As the Culture Data Coordinator, you'll strengthen our school's culture systems by managing attendance and behavior data, coordinating culture-related logistics, and supporting interventions that help students stay engaged. You'll work closely with the Deans of Culture and Operations Team to ensure our school is responsive, data-informed, and student-centered. Responsibilities Maintain and analyze attendance and behavior data using systems like PowerSchool and DeansList. Produce clear, actionable reports that identify trends and support schoolwide decision-making. Coordinate culture-related logistics, such as incentives, celebrations, and communications. Partner with the culture and operations teams to implement systems that improve attendance and engagement. Build positive relationships with students and families to support attendance follow-up and interventions. We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree required Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with PowerSchool and DeansList or similar student information systems. Experience collecting, managing, or analyzing data to inform decisions. Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families to improve attendance and engagement. Preferred qualifications Prior experience in school operations, culture, or data management is a plus Pay and benefits The annual salary range for this 10-month role is $50,000-$55,000. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more. Pennsylvania employees are enrolled in Freire's 403(b) retirement plan which includes a 5% contribution from Freire.
