Healthcare Data Architect-(Onsite Interview)

Interoperability (FHIR)
Required Skills:
Expertise in Data Architecture, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, etc.) In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE, USCDI-US Core, etc.). Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, PySpark, and Python. Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin. Experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica, etc. Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement integrated, scalable, efficient, and secure data systems for storing and processing data to support healthcare analytics and data-driven decision-making. Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure interoperability solutions aligned to
USCDI-US
Core compliance. Develop and maintain data models (logical, physical, and conceptual) that support healthcare-specific requirements (Clinical, Claims, Member, Provider, EHR, etc.) and other data architecture artifacts. Evaluate and recommend data management technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies that optimize data collection and integration for healthcare applications. Oversee the implementation of data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations to protect sensitive patient information, including HIPAA standards. Ensure data architecture complies with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other privacy laws. Candidates need to be independent thought leaders and able to self-direct. Possess expertise and a sound foundation in data management techniques & principles.
