Meta is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Admin Programs Team within the Operations pillar. This role involves project management and supporting complex data initiatives from scope to execution, requiring engagement with multiple stakeholder groups (HR, Finance, Admins, ToolingData teams), effective communication in a fast-moving environment, and the capacity to advise and influence various internal teams and projects across the business. Program Manager, Admin Programs Team Responsibilities Manage end-to-end projects, including scoping, planning, execution, riskissue mitigation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement standard processes, templates, dashboards and tooling efficiencies, particularly for operational and Admin workflows Develop and maintain relationships with key internal (Admin Programs Team) and external (HR, Finance) stakeholders Build andor maintain dashboards to track and report on high-level metrics owned by the Admin Programs Team Partner closely with internal teams to assist with gathering data requirements and executing on roadmaps Pull together disparate data sources to support modeling and reporting that meets the needs of a highly complex, cross-functional team Compose and distribute communications related to the Global Admin Community Craft and present project proposals to Leadership teams Use in-depth subject-matter knowledge to share information and address inquiries Run andor support other project initiatives; collecting, analyzing, and integrating feedback into projects and workstreams Monitor shared inboxes, serving as the first responder for operational and process inquiries Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a projectprogram management, operational, or equivalent role where data skills were applied to support business objectives 4+ years of experience with spreadsheets, Tableau or other reportingdata manipulation tools 2+ years of experience with SQL Experience executing on high priority projects and presenting to leadership audiences Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems Experience working with global partners Experience working proactively and with little direction Experience managing and driving concurrent projects Aptitude for driving projects from idea to completion in a timely manner Preferred Qualifications PMP or CAPM certification BABS, ideally in a technical field Experience in administrative services or recruiting coordination Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
