Job Description
Description We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration of an open Data Analyst position in our Program Management division. This position will be located at our Client's Binghamton, NY office (hybrid working model). The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. The Data Analyst will be responsible for producing a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of project management and operations initiatives. Working closely with all functional departments, they play a key role in ensuring that policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to. Responsible for developing, implementing, reconciling and maintaining valuable project control databases and reports for projects. Additionally, the Data Analyst assists with meeting the client's objectives by preparing and monitoring project budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Responsibilities Main role is to analyze project data related to location and scope, in order to find dependencies and savings through prioritization of the work being Develop intuitive monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, validate, and implement requirements used to develop requested reports Analyze project data to assist with developing cost schedules, meet performance metrics, and keep projects within budget Develop dynamic templates and tools that aid in the operations of ongoing project management functions Produce project variance reports and implement corrective actions Prepare forecast and cost trend reports Responsible for developing and updating progress curves for new and existing performance metrics Ensure data is properly managed for all projects, implementing solutions when issues quality issues ariseSimilar remote jobs
