Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility) About the Role We are seeking a Principal Data Architect & Analytics Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our enterprise data strategy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role -not a people manager - focused on building a production-grade data foundation that leadership can trust for critical decision-making. You will take ownership of transforming a currently evolving data environment into a clean, reliable, and scalable "Single Source of Truth", ensuring complete alignment between NetSuite ERP and Power BI reporting. What You'll Do 1. Architectural Baseline & Reliability Audit and stabilize the current Microsoft Fabric / OneLake environment for performance and reliability Define the long-term data architecture (optimize current stack or recommend alternatives) Design and implement a Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) Establish a scalable, production-grade data platform built for accuracy and performance 2. Hands-On Analytics Engineering Build and optimize automated data pipelines for complex NetSuite data ingestion and transformation Own data reconciliation between source systems and Power BI dashboards Diagnose and resolve reporting discrepancies at the root-cause level Apply engineering rigor to data systems (version control, testing, CI/CD pipelines) 3. Standards, Governance & Documentation Define enterprise standards for: Data models, Naming conventions, Data governance Create repeatable "standard work" processes for data handling Ensure the environment is AI-ready, scalable, and future-proof What You Bring - Technical Expertise Deep experience with NetSuite data structures and schemas Advanced proficiency in: SQL, Python / PySpark Strong experience with modern data tooling: dbt (preferred) and CI/CD practices for data pipelines Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms: Microsoft Fabric / OneLake (preferred), Snowflake , Azure Synapse , or similar

Expert-level Power BI :
