Healthcare Data Architect (FHIR / HL7 / Payer) ???? Hybrid - Newtown Sq, PA ???? Contract-to-Hire Healthcare Payer + FHIR experience required. We're seeking a Healthcare Data Architect to help design and modernize enterprise data platforms supporting Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, and Interoperability initiatives. This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on architect who can bridge healthcare business requirements, interoperability standards, and modern cloud data platforms.Must Have:
- Healthcare Payer experience
- FHIR, HL7, USCDI, HIE, or healthcare interoperability experience
- Data Warehouse / Data Lake architecture
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical)
- SQL, Python, PySpark
- HIPAA and healthcare data governance experience
What You'll Do:
- Architect scalable healthcare data platforms
- Design FHIR-enabled interoperability solutions
- Build data models across Claims, Member, Provider, and Clinical domains
- Lead cloud data architecture initiatives
- Partner with business, analytics, and engineering teams
- Drive data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives Nice to
