Job Description

Role:
Data Test Manager Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week)
Job Description Strategy Planning:
Define overall test approaches, methodologies, and test plans for projects and programs.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and build QA teams managing both onshore and offshore resources.
Defect Management:
Implement structured defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes.
Risk Management:
Identify testing risks/slippage and develop mitigation strategies.
Reporting:
Prepare and communicate regular test progress metrics and quality status to stakeholders.
Automation:
Promote and implement automation tools and frameworks to increase efficiency.
