The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. The Director, DataEngineering, is responsible forleading the strategy, development, and operation of BECU's Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), enabling scalable, secure, and governed data capabilities across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end data platform, spanning data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption to support business intelligence, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. The position partners closely with technology, analytics, and business leaders to drive data platform modernization, standardization, and innovation in a regulated environment, ensuring data is a trusted and strategic enterprise asset To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA,OR,ID, AZ, TX or CA.Ifyou'relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
