Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Management to lead enterprise data warehousing, data governance, and AI-driven data initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or Analytics Platforms 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise data teams Strong hands-on expertise with: Informatica IDMC Amazon Redshift (AWS Redshift) Cloud ETL/ELT Architecture SQL Optimization Data Modeling Data Lineage & Data Quality Data Governance Programs Experience leading large-scale enterprise data initiatives Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Proven people leadership and team management experience Ability to drive strategy, execution, and organizational change-not just individual contributor work AI literacy with experience leveraging AI tools and technologies Python scripting experience Preferred Financial Services / FinTech experience Knowledge of compliance and data security frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.) AWS and/or Azure certifications Location Requirement Strong preference for candidates located in the Los Angeles area . Remote candidates will only be considered if they significantly exceed all core requirements.
