Director, Master Data Products

As the Director, Master Data Products, you will hold a critical strategic leadership role accountable for the successful delivery of Quest's core master data assets (patient, client, test, facility, eligible) as enterprise products within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. This role is not just about data management; it is about leading major data migration programs, driving new product development, and establishing permanent, strategic ownership of foundational data assets in close collaboration with internal and external business partners. You will lead and mentor a blended, global team of employees and contractors (US and offshore) to achieve these goals and will be the single point of accountability for the quality and governance of these products, with the ultimate goal of enabling next-generation analytics, data-driven decision-making, and mission-critical AI applications across the enterprise. This is a hybrid role and the selected candidate must be near-site to one of Quest Diagnostics hub locations. Preferred locations are Secaucus, NJ or East Norriton, PA.

Pay Range:

$175,000,000 - $210,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
