Job Description

Elderly Information Specialist Miami, FL | $18/hour | Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote) About the Job We are looking for someone with strong advocacy skills who is passionate about pursuing a rewarding career that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. As an Elderly Information Specialist , you'll speak with older adults and their families to learn what help they need, collect demographic information, verify insurance and connect them with the right services.

Enjoy the balance of remote work and in-office collaboration Growth opportunity - chance to be hired full-time and have multiple advancement opportunities in areas that support the senior community in South Florida Supportive leadership and the opportunity to work alongside a team that wants to see you succeed What You'll Do Answer 40-60 inbound calls daily from older adults and their caregivers Collect and verify demographic and insurance information Accurately enter data into our client services database Provide information about services and community resources Refer clients to appropriate internal departments for further support Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field Experience with Medicaid and Medicare processes 2+ years of experience in call center settings Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams Bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Typing speed of 35+ WPM MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
